You can pay by credit/debit card (we accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and UnionPay), local bank transfer/PromptPay, or cash on delivery.
Once we have collected your laundry and processed it at our store, we'll send you an invoice which can be paid online.
You are also welcome to pay in cash on delivery, however please prepare the exact change for our driver as we do not carry change.
We cannot accept payment on pick-up as we need to accurately weigh your laundry at our store in order to give you the total price.
We're able to collect from your hotel/hostel/guesthouse reception. Just let them know we're coming to pick it up.
We wash everything at 30 degrees Celsius.
