Super service! Our clothes looked brand new, smelled very nice and felt very soft when they came back! Nothing went missing and they even managed to get rid of stains (which were there for months) and discolouration! The pick up and drop off service is very convenient and works just as described on website!

We only accept Thai Baht and cannot accept any other currencies.
Once we have collected your laundry and processed it at our store, we'll send you an invoice which can be paid online.
You are also welcome to pay in cash on delivery, however please prepare the exact change for our driver as we do not carry change.
We cannot accept payment on pick-up as we need to accurately weigh your laundry at our store in order to give you the total price.
Yes. Please ensure that the cash is securely stored in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked with your name and order reference.
No. We only accept local bank transfers or transfers via the PromptPay system.
If your bank is within the ASEAN region, you may be able to scan our PromptPay QR code with your banking app. Please contact your bank for more information.
Most banks will require that you verify your payment with a verification code sent to you via SMS, Email, Phone Call, or Banking App. This requirement is set by your bank and we have no control over it.
If you are unable to receive the verification code, please contact your bank.
We're able to collect from your hotel/hostel/guesthouse reception. Just let them know we're coming to pick it up.
We offer an express 6 hour service, as well as our standard next-day service, which will get your laundry back to you in 24 hours.
We're open 7 days a week from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
No, we just ask for a weight estimate to give you an instant quote. We'll weigh everything when it arrives at our shop, and send you a invoice with the final amount due.
Your laundry will either be air dried or machine dried at a low temperature.
We'll do that for you, don't worry! Just put everything you want washed in the bag.
We wash everything at 30 degrees Celsius.
