Super service! Our clothes looked brand new, smelled very nice and felt very soft when they came back! Nothing went missing and they even managed to get rid of stains (which were there for months) and discolouration! We cannot accept payment on pick-up as we need to accurately weigh your laundry at our store in order to give you the total price.
Yes. Please ensure that the cash is securely stored in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked with your name and order reference.
No. We only accept local bank transfers or transfers via the PromptPay system.
If your bank is within the ASEAN region, you may be able to scan our PromptPay QR code with your banking app. Please contact your bank for more information.
Most banks will require that you verify your payment with a verification code sent to you via SMS, Email, Phone Call, or Banking App. This requirement is set by your bank and we have no control over it.

We're able to collect from your hotel/hostel/guesthouse reception. Just let them know we're coming to pick it up.
We offer an express 6 hour service, as well as our standard next-day service, which will get your laundry back to you in 24 hours.
